Our upstairs hallway has this odd dead corner that was too small to do anything useful with. It does, however, still receive tremendous sunlight from the south-facing atrium and a small window of its own. It seemed only natural that we ended up giving most of this land up for the plants to dwell in. The Pothos flourishes especially well here, with trailing vines crawling down all the way to the first floor.
The one other resident in our plant corner is the cabinet. This mundane piece has been with us since we first moved into the house. Each shelf stores a distinct esoteric thing found nowhere else in the house. The top half stores medicine whilst the bottom stores power cables. The shelves in the middle somehow store an intersection of the two.
